ACCESS

You have multiple options for providing MAT Commercial Services access to your business: The most convenient method is to leave a key to your business with MAT Commercial Services. Your key will be kept safe and secure in our key safe. All keys are coded for security and will never have your name or address attached to them. If you have an alarm system, please give access instructions to MAT Commercial Services.

For your safety, we do not return keys by mail. We ask that customers you meet the service provider at your buisness. Please refer to the Cancellation Policy should MAT Commercial Services be unable to access your business during the preset arrival window. If neither of the above is possible, please make alternate arrangements with your local service provider.

PAYMENT

Full payment is due at the time of your cleaning.

MAT Commercial Services accepts ACH Payments, Wire Transfers, Cash, Zelle, or check.

A $25 fee will be charged for each returned check or failed credit card transaction.

SCHEDULING

Recurring cleanings are scheduled according to our checklist and priorities discussed during your consultation. One-Time Cleanings are scheduled as standard blocks of time. Every effort will be made to complete your service within the time allocated. If you forego a deep clean at the commencement of your service, please note that it will take a few cleanings to confirm your ongoing maintenance needs. We ask for your patience while we learn how to best clean your business and assure you that our maintenance cleanings will address the areas in need of additional attention as quickly as possible. We strive to have the same staff members clean your office on a regular basis, however, this is not guaranteed. Due to vacation, illness or departure from the company, MAT Commercial Services may occasionally provide a replacement professional cleaner.

If, due to the unique nature of your business, your service providers are unable to complete your cleaning within the amount of time requested, we may call you to ask for authorization to spend more time cleaning your business. We will inform you of additional costs accordingly before proceeding with the work. We reserve the right to charge additional fees to the final price of cleanings considered as heavy or inappropriate to the description of the business submitted at booking. To be safe, always check the information you entered into the booking form and remember that for us to perform our job you should leave the place uncluttered.

ARRIVAL WINDOWS

To ensure quality service for all valued clients, MAT Commercial Services cannot specify exact arrival times. Arrival windows allow our professional cleaners to handle all the variables of each day without affecting the promises we make to you.

Service provider(s) will arrive within the following timeframes:

• When we have a key to the business, our arrival window is between 7am and 6pm.

FEEDBACK

After each cleaning, you’ll have the opportunity to review the job on a scale from 1-10. Your rating will directly determine the compensation level for the professional cleaners assigned to your business. Please take a moment to offer your comments. We value your opinions and your feedback is essential for us to improve our service and serve you better.

24-HOUR GUARANTEE

Since cleaning is a very personal and human service, we realize that occasionally an area may not be cleaned to your satisfaction. We are unable to offer a refund, but MAT Commercial Services will happily re-clean any area that you are not satisfied with. Just let us know of any issues or concerns within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will do our best to make it right.

GRATUITY

MAT Commercial Services never requires you to tip, but it is a powerful way to say thanks to your professional cleaners. Even posting an online review expressing your appreciation for their service can mean a great deal.

CANCELLATION

We understand it may be necessary to reschedule on occasion. If it is necessary to cancel or skip your scheduled service, MAT Commercial Services requires notice of two business days. If we receive less than two business days’ notice, or if we cannot access your business, it will be necessary to charge you up to the full price of your cleaning. All future cleanings will remain unchanged. Please contact MAT Commercial Services directly to make schedule changes. Schedule or service changes may not be made through your professional cleaner.

Recurring services are priced at a discounted rate. Should you choose to cancel recurring service after only one cleaning, please note that our regular One-Time Cleaning charges will apply.

BREAKAGE/LOSS

If breakage/loss occurs, notification must be made within 48 hours of service. Key replacement/locksmith fees are paid only if keys are lost or miscoded. 

SUPPLIES

MAT Commercial Services uses safe and reliable professional-grade cleaning supplies to clean your business. However, if you own special products that you would like to have used on particular surfaces, we are happy to accommodate your request. Please contact us to discuss prior to your cleaning so we might provide instructions to your professional house cleaner.

SERVICE LIMITATIONS

For safety and insurance purposes, we do not climb higher than a two-step ladder.

We will attempt to reach all visible areas with either an extension duster or vacuum extension.

We cannot move items weighing more than 25 pounds.

We cannot touch or move firearms in order to clean an area. Clients who own firearms should move them to an area we do not clean.

We do not clean bio-hazard materials.

Before we report to a new construction job site, all equipment, tools and/or debris must be removed. It is highly recommended that all work orders for construction have been completed before final clean up services have been provided. The final clean we provide is a very thorough and detailed deep clean in preparation for the business to open. We place no guarantee on this type of service for the simple fact that most construction companies completely fail to adhere to this policy and usually have contractors working inside the business while cleaners are attempting to clean it, as they clean some areas contractors create additional messes within areas of the business that the cleaning crew has already cleaned. We take no responsibility for the outcome of cleanings which fall under Construction.
